I would like to thank everyone that braved the snow storm in order to attend our first USTRC Affiliate Roping. We roped a total of 550 teams on Saturday. I think that was pretty amazing, considering no one should have been on those roads Saturday morning, let alone with trailers!
Winning the beatiful custom stirrups by Twisted Tack and Frontier Buckles, was high money #4 roper, Rex Harraf. Taylor Davis took the high money #5 pair and Larry Chandler took home the pair for the high money #6 roper. We will have more USTRC Affiliate ropings coming up, so make sure to check the calandar page on the website to keep up on all of the action!
Our next roping will be a Saddle Round Robin on March 15th. We will take 20 on a side. You must pre-enter this roping by calling 402-673-4465.
New this year is the addition of a credit card machine. We will be accepting Visa, Mastercard and the Discover Card. All entries must be paid with cash or credit card this year due to the large number of bounced checks that were recieved last year.
Results and pictures will be published in The Rodeo News magazine which will be our official publication this year. They publish twice a month. If you would like to subscribe, let me know. It cost $15.00 a year.
